Sales Executive

Beachsound Inc. in Miami Gardens, FL seeks an experienced, self-driven, business/sales executive to help expand our client base. This dynamic individual will generate leads, manage and nurture current client relationships, handle vendors, allocate gear based on clients’ needs, etc. Attention to detail, organization and exceptional customer service are essential when coordinating several events at a time. This position is perfect for an ambitious and results-oriented individual who has knowledge of the audio/lighting production world and is able to work seamlessly in a fast paced environment. We are a close knit and very rewarding company to grow with. Some of the required and preferred skills we are seeking are:

*Must have proficient knowledge in audio visual equipment for large productions, lighting, backline and preferably working knowledge with video

* Must have knowledge of technical aspects such as power, logistics, and allocating the proper amount of gear and technicians per job

*Ability to prioritize the work load to complete all tasks on time

*Ability to oversee multiple productions from start to finish simultaneously

*Work directly with General Manager and Warehouse Manager to ensure the availability of rental equipment

*Responsible for working with vendors and coordinating gear flawlessly

*Co-manage event planning, including basic work schedules, budget management and production schedules

*Maintaining our existing customer relationships and continuing to grow new ones by following up on sales leads

*Attend site surveys on new job locations

*Have a minimum of 7 years of related work experience in sales at a high volume AV, theatrical or production company

*Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and able to adapt to new programs quickly

*Staying current and knowledgeable of the latest industry equipment and technology
